The Mini Me Yoga Workshop for Grown Ups, offers a complete introduction to Yoga and Positive Thinking for Children. The workshop is especially useful to parents, grandparents, childcare providers and teachers.
In the 2 hour workshop, participants will learn simple techniques for introducing 15 minutes a day of kid’s yoga and positive thinking to children using games and exercises which are designed to make it fun. No previous knowledge of yoga is required for the course as everything you need to know will be taught.
Participants will learn
- The benefits of yoga
- Plus, at least 14 yoga poses.
Introducing the programme and simple games in school, childcare facility or at home significantly reduces stress, increases children’s capacity to learn, teaches compassion to one another, a respect for nature and strong mental and physical growth.
Mini Me Ambassador, Susan Collins Duggan says ‘During this age where childhood diabetes, food intolerance’s and hyper active syndromes are on the rise, the games and techniques learned at Mini Me bring much needed fun time where children can create and express themselves in a positive way.’
The course will be given by Susan on Friday the 24th April, at Gort Mhuire in Ballineen and booking is essential as places are limited to 15 people. The course will be held in the evening from 7pm to 9pm and costs €45. For more information contact Susan on 087-8398758 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
